Oral, Head & Neck Cancer Awareness Week

The Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary (MEEI) at 243 Charles Street in Boston has joined forces with the Yul Brynner Head and Neck Cancer Foundation and the Massachusetts Society of Otolaryngology to sponsor free screenings for Oral, Head & Neck Cancer Awareness Week. MEEI will provide free head and neck cancer screenings from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, April 25 in the 11th floor head and neck clinic, in an effort to increase awareness of this cancer which is not commonly known. Oral and other head and neck cancers remain a target for early detection. When diagnosed very early, it is easy to treat and cure. These screenings are open to the public.
